For his regular A attacks, a quick tap will make it do the weak version, and hold it for the strong version, and you can cancel and stuff. Every special, including his side b Tatsumaki Senpukyaku and his Down b Focus Attack are like this. Up-B is Shoryuken in this game, but if you do Forward, Down, Down-Forward, it does more damage. Doing a half-circle special makes it slower, but bigger and hit multiple times. But, if you do a quarter-circle special, the Hadoken does more damage. For example, normal Hadoken is set to neutral special, which is B, in this game. He's actually really unique as, unlike ever other character, he has input specific moves, like Street Fighter. The leak comes from data miners exploiting the Japanese update for both games that was released earlier than they were supposed to. Nintendo is set to make a major announcement regarding Super Smash Bros. tomorrow morning, but it appears some eagle-eyed fans of the series have discovered Street Fighter’s Ryu and Fire Emblem’s Roy will be making an appearance in both the Wii U and 3DS versions of Nintendo’s popular fighting series.
